I always hate, no just on book covers, but on any photo when peoples head gets missed off. Why do people do that?! I'm ok with couples/kissing as long as its not too much, if it starts to look even slightly erotic and the kind of book cover that I would be embarrassed to take out in public then I hate it! I am also a big fan of the way the title is shown. It is the most important thing on the cover so why not make it look nice! Great list! :)
